What is the "Mini Guide"??

It's a daily tracker of things people with different health conditions need to do each day. Currently their are 4 different ones for the Cystic Fibrosis community. I made this to track my health daily so I could see each item and mark it off as I did it. I'm a visual person and unless I have a list, something is bound to be forgotten. It works so well for me, I thought I should share this. I hope to create others for different health conditions but until then, if you have CF, feel free to download a Mini that fits your health and start using it today!! You'll find a link to download the PDF under "Download your Mini" tab, next to the "Home" tab under the header.
