The 1st Mini
I created the Mini to help me keep track of how I was taking care of my Cystic Fibrosis. Their are so many things I have to do in a day where if I don't think about it and plan it, it wont get done. I got the vision of the Mini while I was hospitalized in 2010 for the 3rd time. I've made several modifications since the original one was made and I am now ready to share it with the world...we'll other CF'ers.
I hope to have other health class' their own Mini's in the future. For now though, I present....The "General CF Mini" and the "CF w/CFRD Mini".
Their are 7 guides for daily tracking. It also includes a weekly itinerary, that you can use for appointments, to do's, and reminders. The 2 page guide works best if you print it back to back. That way you can just fold it up and carry it with you.
Once your week is full, print out a new one and save your used one for the next time you go to clinic. That way you can give them accurate data of what you've been doing to take care of your health!
I love this because it makes me more accountable for my health. You can also use the itinerary to document how you are feeling. By putting your symptoms next to the day. (I typically write my symptoms in the margins, but...I'm a calendar girl and have to know what's coming up, or I'll forget!)

How can you do 110%?? By doing extra treatments, working out more and just going above and beyond what the doctors ask of you. I mean, your only benefiting yourself....so why not?
